Placing An Order 

ONLINE:
  Our store is open 24 hours a day 7 days a week for online ordering.  Simply look through the
  categories for items you wish to purchase, add them to your cart, sign up sign up for a user
  account and then choose your payment method at the checkout.  A confirmation email will be
  sent once your order processes confirming your order 

  Our site is protected by the highest level of security by one of the most recognised internet security
  providers in the world Geotrust which means you can order knowing your details are 100% safe

Payment Methods 

We accept payments from our customers through the following methods:

EFT funds transfer
VISA, MASTERCARD & PAYPAL
CHEQUE/MONEY ORDER

All orders paid via Cheque/Money order or EFT transfer will not be sent until funds have cleared to our account.  This typically means a 1-2 day delay in the processing of your order.  Please email us after you have made a funds transfer so we can allocate your payment more quickly and get your order processed faster.  All unpaid cheque/moneyorder or EFT funds transfers that have not been paid with 7 business days will be automatically cancelled and your ordered items returned back into stock.

Delivery

Delivery fee is a flat fee charge of $8.95 for any order which means you know exactly how much postage you will pay with no hidden charges.  

Deliveries are sent via courier or Australia Post depending on the nature of your order.  For smaller items, we usually use express post which is a fast and efficient Australia Wide within its specified postcodes.  Delivery to most parts of Australia will take 1-2 business days, depending on the method of dispatch.
