ORDER TRACKING


  
  Once  you have gone through the checkout and completed your order, you will receive a confirmation email that will contain your order
  and tracking details - if you don't receive this and haven't received your parcel please contact us for confirmation.  You can also obtain
  this information by logging into your account on our website.  You would have been required to sign up for an account upon placing
  your first order with us and sent password and login details.

  Although we give estimated delivery times as is provided by our post and courier service, please note that we cannot guarantee these
  delivery timeframes for your order.  From time to time, delays can occur with delivery due to circumstances with courier companies
  which are completely out of our control. Although we aim to get all deliveries out within 24 - 48 hours, please allow up to 14 days for
  the delivery of your item for any unforseen delays that may occur.
