RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
 

 We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase and are happy to accept product returns and exchanges.  Some items are non-returnable so please read carefully about these products below.   You will find further information on our return and exchange policy in our terms and conditions menu.

  - Due to the nature of the products we have a strict no refund or exchange policy for Breast Pumps and Feeding Bottles and accessories
    so please choose these items carefully when making a purchase. 

  - All approved exchanges MUST be completed within 7 days of the date of the receipt of your order.  All clothing faults need to be reported within 30 days.

  - To return or exchange an item you will need to download our Returns / Exchange Form HERE to send back with your items
    (the form will open in a new window and you will need to click on the image to enlarge it to A4 printable size).  After you have done this, please email us at
    admin@soulmothers.com.au and notify us of the items you are returning.  The return address to send your items to is located at the bottom of the exchange 
    form.

  - Please make sure all items being returned/exchanged, are received by us in their original, saleable condition with all packaging, swing
    tags and labels attached.  Any items returned that have been worn, soiled, damaged or smell of perfumes or deodorants will have to
    be refused and sent back to you.

  - Items that were on sale or on clearance at time of purchase are eligible for a store credit only however an exchange may be possible
    if your desired size is left in stock.
