Exchange & Returns

At Soul Mothers we want you to be 100% happy with your new purchases!  If you are not completely satisfied we offer a simple and convenient exchange/return procedure. 

In order to be eligible for an exchange/return, the following conditions must be met:

  1. Please contact Soul Mothers to notify that you wish to return your item/s to discuss options available. Contact us at sales@soulmothers.com.au.
  2. Item(s) must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
  3. Item(s) must be returned in their original packaging and condition, with original tags attached and suitable for resale. 
  4. Returned items must not have been previously worn, smell of smoke, perfume or other odours, be damaged or used in any way. 
  5. Your return parcel must include a “Return/Exchange Form” Click here to download a copy
  6. Refunds are not available for sale items. Only online credit vouchers will be issued, however an exchange is available if we have your size in stock.

Your return will NOT be accepted should the above conditions not be met in full. 

Please note: Postage costs are unable to be refunded. All items on final sale or clearance cannot be exchanged or refunded.

What can I do if receive a faulty product?

Where a product is faulty, wrongly described, different from a sample shown to you or don't do what they are supposed to do you are entitled to an exchange, refund or credit. Please contact us immediately at sales@soulmothers.com.au if you have received a product meeting this description. Once we receive the faulty item we will inspect it and determine whether it is faulty. If your product is deemed faulty, we can offer a full refund, including return postage. If the item is not deemed faulty, then you will be eligible for an exchange/credit and no refunds for postage is available.

How do I make a return?

Not 100% happy with your purchase? That’s OK, we are happy to offer refunds as long as you meet the conditions listed above. A refund or credit note will be issued once upon receipt of your return, providing your return meets conditions c and d above. Postage costs will not be refunded and credit notes will include the cost of the item/s only.

How do I exchange items?

The item is the wrong size or the style doesn’t look right? We are happy to exchange items for a different size or style, providing we have stock available. Please contact us on sales@soulmothers.com.au to let us know you wish to exchange and discuss options for your exchange. We will happily hold goods for you for your exchange if you contact us before you return the goods to us. In order to be eligible for an exchange, your return must meet the conditions listed above.

Am I responsible for postage charges on returned goods?

Customers are responsible for the postage costs of returning items to us, except in the instance where we send you an incorrect order or the goods are faulty.
