Exchange & Returns
At Soul Mothers we want you to be 100% happy with your new purchases! If you are not completely satisfied we offer a simple and convenient exchange/return procedure.
In order to be eligible for an exchange/return, the following conditions must be met:
- Please contact Soul Mothers to notify that you wish to return your item/s to discuss options available. Contact us at admin@soulmothers.com.au.
- Item(s) must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
- Item(s) must be returned in their original packaging and condition, with original tags attached and suitable for resale.
- Returned items must not have been previously worn, smell of smoke, perfume or other odours, be damaged or used in any way.
- Your return parcel must include a “Return/Exchange Form” Click here to download a copy.
- Refunds are not available for sale items. Only online credit vouchers will be issued, however an exchange is available if we have your size in stock.
Your return will NOT be accepted should the above conditions not be met in full. Refunds will be processed after the parcel has been received and the above conditions have been verified.
Please note: Postage costs are unable to be refunded. All items on final sale or clearance cannot be exchanged or refunded.
