Delivery

All orders are posted from Melbourne, Victoria. As a guide please allow up to 5-7 business days for delivery of your order. Western Australia and some rural and remote areas can have longer delivery times, please take this into account when ordering.

If a timely delivery is important to you, we recommend selecting Express Post as your method of delivery. Due to the unreliable delivery times by Australia Post at the current time, we have experienced some lengthy delays on parcels arriving via regular post. We have recently reduced our flat rate Express Post delivery charge to assist with making this a more affordable option for customers.

If you have an urgent order for delivery, please notify us and we will gladly assist wherever we are able to.

We choose to use Australia Post and Smart Send for delivery of our orders. You will receive a tracking number and the name of the carrier in your shipment notice. To track the progress of your delivery, please refer to your shipment email for the carrier details, select the carrier below and enter your tracking number.

All parcels delivered by courier will require a signature on delivery. If you will be unable to take delivery during business hours you may wish to nominate an alternative address such as a work address. Alternatively you may wish to give an authority to leave during the checkout process for your nominated address. Please note that if you choose this option we cannot accept any further responsibility for your order once it has been marked as delivered.

PLEASE NOTE THAT ALTHOUGH WE CAN GIVE AN ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATE OF YOUR ORDER WE CANNOT GUARANTEE THIS AS POSTAL AND COURIER SERVICES ARE INDEPENDENT SERVICE CONTRACTORS.

If you have specific delivery instructions, please provide these in the special instructions section during the checkout process. If redelivery of an item is required due to incorrect address or delivery details you have provided, a separate delivery charge will be incurred for redelivery.

We do not take responsibility for lost/damaged parcels marked as delivered but claimed not to have been received.  If you wish extra insurance please notify us at admin@soulmothers.com.au
