You might be wondering what the benefit of the wide neck bottles are over a regular teat? Many breastfed babies prefer the wider neck teats as they are used to the wider shape of a nipple.

If you have difficulties with your baby taking a bottle, then the wide neck teat may feel more natural to them. It is a personal preference. Many babies will happily use the regular sized teats so there is no need to change from this if they happily use them when needing to bottle feed.
